How we vet operators
Getting onto this shortlist requires passing four checks, in order. Fail any one and the operator doesn't appear here, regardless of commercial terms.
- Active licensing. The operator must hold a current licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, or an equivalent EU regulator. Curacao-only operators are automatically excluded — the dispute-resolution process is too weak for high-volatility play.
